Kitchen A convenient kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals, enjoy your morning coffee, or settle into a slower Bali routine. Bedrooms Villa Kayan features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV, providing a private and relaxing space to recharge after a day out. Bathrooms The villa has two bathrooms, offering added convenience for couples, friends, or small families traveling together. Location Villa Kayan is situated on Jl. Mertasari in Kerobokan Kelod, a convenient base for exploring Bali’s popular southwest coast. Approximate travel times: Batu Belig Beach: 5–10 minutes Petitenget and Seminyak: 10–15 minutes Berawa Beach: 15–20 minutes Canggu and Echo Beach: 20–30 minutes Ngurah Rai International Airport: 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic Discover stylish cafés, renowned restaurants, boutique shops, beach clubs, and sunset spots, all within easy reach. To fairly reflect this temporary situation, our villa rates have already been adjusted and are offered at a special promotional price. As this condition has been fully disclosed before the reservation is confirmed, refunds or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience or disturbance resulting from the neighboring construction.
