We simply ask everyone to be respectful of other guests by keeping shared spaces clean and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Please note: This listing is for one private bedroom, not the entire villa. While your bedroom and bathroom are exclusively yours, the pool, kitchen, dining area, and lounge are shared with guests staying in the villa's other two private rooms. GUEST SUPPORT & CONCIERGE SERVICES Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Our dedicated villa manager will be at your service throughout your stay. He will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinate the check-in process and provide a personal tour of the villa. During your stay, he will be your single point of contact, ready to assist with any needs or questions you might have. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards. We do provide insect spray at the property, and our team will be happy to assist if needed. By proceeding with the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. Construction Notice: Please kindly note that construction activity may occasionally take place in the surrounding area, as development projects are common in Bali. These projects are managed by neighboring property owners and are beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee that there will be no construction activity during your stay, our Reservation Team actively monitors the area. If we become aware of any construction taking place near the villa that may potentially affect your experience, we will do our best to inform you prior to your arrival. When construction is identified in close proximity to the villa, the villa rate may already be adjusted to reflect this condition and offered at a special price.
