The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, modern furnishings, air conditioning, and abundant natural light, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The open-plan living and dining area offers a generous and airy space that seamlessly connects to the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. Guests can also enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the villa and terrace area. Outside, the property boasts a stunning 20-meter infinity-edge pool, the largest in the region, surrounded by beautifully terraced tropical gardens with shaded palm trees and peaceful lounging areas perfect for relaxation. The living areas of Villa Tengguli are exceptionally spacious, featuring an open-plan living and dining area with uninterrupted views of the impressive 10-meter-high traditional Balinese alang-alang roof construction. The unique double-roof design allows for natural ventilation, creating a pleasantly cool atmosphere throughout the space. The expansive 3 x 20-meter terrace is surrounded by a one-meter-wide fish pond filled with tropical water plants and colorful goldfish. Both the terrace and living area offer plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. From sunrise in the morning to moonrise in the evening, guests can admire breathtaking views of the ocean and the iconic Mount Rinjani on the neighboring island of Lombok. The large terraced garden is beautifully landscaped with a variety of exotic tropical trees and plants, including ylang-ylang, papaya, mango, banana trees, and palms. A flower-lined pathway leads through the garden directly to the sea, where several platforms provide peaceful spaces for yoga, meditation, or simply enjoying the sunset. The 20-meter infinity pool includes a water lounge area designed for relaxation and suitable even for non-swimmers. At its deepest point, the pool reaches 3 meters, making it the largest pool in the Amed region. Lightly chlorinated water ensures a comfortable swimming experience, even during extended use. The “Sunrise” Suite is the villa’s largest suite, offering nearly 30 square meters of space with a modern 9-square-meter ensuite bathroom. The “Oceanfront” Suite spans approximately 25 square meters, while the “Orchidee” Suite offers around 20 square meters. All suites feature fully equipped private bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling folding doors with direct access to the garden or terrace, elegant canopy beds with mosquito nets and premium mattresses, as well as air conditioning for maximum comfort. We offer a complete comfort experience for your stay at Villa Tengguli. A daily wellness breakfast is included in your stay, featuring fresh fruit or freshly squeezed juice, a selection of egg dishes or fresh banana pancakes, coffee or tea, and bread served with regional jams. Drinking water is also included and available throughout the day from a water dispenser. Several restaurants are located just a few minutes away from the villa and welcome guests for lunch and dinner. If you prefer dining in the comfort of the villa, a variety of dishes can be ordered through our villa manager and delivered directly to you. To explore the area more easily, scooter rentals can be arranged in advance or through our on-site manager. Scooters are delivered directly to the villa and cost approximately €5 per day. Our staff is also happy to assist with organizing excursions, including trips to Mount Agung, the Gili Islands, diving experiences, hot springs, and Bali’s world-famous temples. In keeping with Balinese tradition, daily flower and fruit offerings are placed at the three garden temples throughout your stay. Airport transfers to and from Villa Tengguli can also be arranged upon request. Simply mention it during your booking or contact us directly, and we will assist you promptly. NOTE 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoking occurs indoors. 3. Parties and events are not allowed at the property. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability and must be confirmed closer to your arrival or departure date. To guarantee this flexibility, we recommend booking an additional night before or after your stay. Tropical Island Notice As Bali is a tropical island surrounded by nature, it is normal to occasionally encounter small creatures such as insects, geckos, ants, or other tropical wildlife during your stay. Regular pest control is carried out at the villa, but these natural encounters are part of the authentic tropical experience. Safety Notice The villa has been constructed to Western earthquake-resistant standards. However, as is common with traditional Balinese-style properties, Villa Tengguli is not fully childproof. Therefore, we recommend that children staying at the villa should be at least 8 years old.
